Facilitating strategic direction in a year of change

In October 2023, senior leaders from the Booz Allen aerospace account held an offsite to work through the account’s most pressing challenges, especially in anticipation of major changes the following year.
As part of the agenda, our team designed and facilitated an interactive, one-day workshop with three activities centered on “Anticipating Change” inside and outside our organization, “Strategic Planning” on how to reach the account’s goals, and how to “Empower our People” in the Aerospace account.

Conceived and led the design development of the “Empower our People” activities
Led the space planning, experiential design, related 3D visualization, printing/fabrication, and set-up.
We partnered closely with aerospace account leadership to frame the strategic intent of the offsite. Through surveys and working sessions with senior leaders and account leadership, we aligned on the real decisions they needed to inform, the tensions they were navigating, and the priority outcomes the offsite needed to drive. This foundation allowed us to design activities that felt relevant, candid, and actionable.
