Facilitating strategic direction in a year of change

In October 2023, senior leaders from the Booz Allen aerospace account held an offsite to work through the account’s most pressing challenges, especially in anticipation of major changes in the following year.

As part of the agenda, our team designed and facilitated an interactive, one-day workshop with three activities centered on “Anticipating Change” inside and outside our organization, “Strategic Planning” on how to reach the account’s goals, and how to “Empower our People” in the Aerospace account.
